Greetings Everyone;
I am having a wierd problem with a color laserjet 2605 in one of our satelite locations. A month ago or so I tore it apart and cleaned all the alighment sensors as there was an issue with the color not aligning correctly. Now however when I print a demo page from the printer itself, on the right hand side where it talks about using geniue supplies, the black toner is smudging in kind of a wave. The clue color hp symbol to the right of the monkey is crystal clear and actually extends past the smudging below it.
We have tried several balck cartridges to no avail and now I am at a bit of a lost.
