Hi,
I have set up a new googlechromebook that for some reason shows all my printers as offline once I have added them from another Windows 8 PC - The PC that the printers are connected to/associated with remains online at all times-To get around the problem I have added the Laserjet pro M351 to cloudprint using my HP email address- This printer is used to print membership forms that are a 6 page PDF- The 3rd page only prints 1 line whilst everything else is ok . If I print directly to the printer from other PC 's-The same document prints as it should do however, if I print via google cloud print on the other pc's the 3rd page does not print correctly again- Therefore I am assuming that the problem is caused by the cloudprint drivers for the M351.
Does anyone know how I can update the drivers or if it's possible at all.?
I have updated the firmware on the printer but I still get the same problem. Alternatively does anyone know how I can get the classic printers to show as online in google cloud print ?
Thanks in advance
