One of our customers experiences some problems when printing on his CP3525. On the right side of the printed page you can see white spots, looks like some roller is 'biting' the paper. Is this observation correct, and if so, what maintenance kit should I purchase to solve this problem?
Can the ITB also be causing this problem?
