We have a cp3505 dn and we noticed we were getting what loks like burns on the right side of the printouts. Everythin else was OK but the right side looked like it was getting extra black toner. We changed the toner cartridge and the black began printing about a 1/4 " earlier than other colors. The right side burn was no longer an issue but it looks like you need 3d glasses to read a printout that has color. If the printout is all B&W it looks fine but it does print a 1/4 " earlier on the paper when compared to printouts with the first cartirdge. We tried a third cartridge thinking it was possible that we had two bad toner cartirdges and it looks the same as cartridge number 2. Is it possible that all three cartridges are bad?
Anyone seen this before?
Thanks in advance for any help you can give. We really do not want to invest in a 4th cartridge without some help.
