CP2025n does not print Worddocuments with embedded Pictures

Hi,

We have 4 CP2025n printers and ALLhave the same problem.

I had already contact with HP Pro Helpdesk, we had done an update of the firmware but it did not help.

When printing some Worddocuments with Pictures, or printing some pictures directly via Windows 7 we have a lot of problems.

20 Minutes and more for 7 pages or it doesn't print at all.

Some times it works well.  We have still guarantee for one year.

We have some other printers of another manufacturers and they only need some seconds to print those documents.
