I have a customer who has 3 HP LaserJet 400 M401dn installed via a network with fixed IP addressses.
Occasionally each of the printers pauses printing then continues after approx 2 seconds. However if we turn off the power to the printer and put it back on the pausing no longer occurs. Eventually the pause returns and cannot be stopped until we cycle the power again.
I have updated all 3 printers to the latest firmware (20130415) ) and installed the latest drivers for them (61.140.04.14138). All 3 are connected to a gigabit switch and and every computer has gigabit connectivity.
If anyone has any other suggestions to stop this behaviour please let me know.
