Long story short is, I have a HP 6030 that wasn't feeding properly, & was printing with streaks.
after a bunch of trouble shooting we've decided we needed to order some parts so we went ahead and ordered;
Pickup Rollers
Transfer Roller
Transfer Kit
Fuser
All the toners
Cyan, Magenta & Yellow Drums (Black will be replaced shortly)
After replacing all of this we had some issues with fadded Yellow and no Magenta printing, it was determinded to be the mirrors, so we've completely dissassembled, cleaned & reassembeled the mirror assembly and now the yellow works great, how-ever we are still missing Magenta.
I came across this youtube video here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7UNcfHnlDkY which shows the exact issue I'm having, so I did what they did and had no luck as well.
Any help what so ever would be greatly appreicated as this printer is starting to drive me nuts.
