Hi,
I'm trying to configure the HP LaserJet 600 M601 M603 PLC6 printers to be able to print OCR-B font either from SAP or from Microsoft Word.
However, I am not sure there is any special settings required in the driver/printer in order to archieve that.
OCR-B font installed to the windows.
I have tried to applied the option 'Download as Softfont' but it doesn't seems working ( the OCR-B characters didn't print out in OCR-B font type, the characters which supporsed to be printed as OCR-B were printed with some other font ).
*There is no font DIMM installed in the physical printer. ( the OCR-B characters should be sent to printers as graphic.. )
*the driver in used is : HP Universal Printing PCL 6.
Do you have any idea how can I proceed from here? Is this meant 'HP Universal Printing PCL 6' not able to interpret / print OCR-B and subsequently convert it to GDI calls?
Thanks ...
Best Regards,
Ken
