I have an HP Color Laser Jet CM2320nf MFP printer and I print multiple emails daily using Windows on a Dell PC. I canot get it to stop printing certain parts of the emails in color, like some of the graphics on our company logo in our email signature, and 'facebook' and 'twitter' logos in our email signature. I have Enabled the "Print All Text as Black" Printer Feature, and tried Enabling and Disabling the "Advanced Printing Features", and have tried all three ICM (Image Color Management) Method settings (ICM DIsabled, ICM Handled by Host System, and ICM Handled by Printer) but no luck. The Printer Driver I am currently using is the recommended 'HP Universal Printing PCL6 Driver' dated 12/3/13. What am I missing? Are there settings somewhere else that need to be changed? Do I have the most current Driver version? Please help...as we are charged for usage and color copies are considerably more expensive than black and white copies. Thanks!
