Hi All,
I have a P4515X printer that shows that it is a P4014n printer on the configuration page printout. To my knowledge, no parts have been replaced, and the printer is almost just as it was when it was delivered. It's never been used outside of setup and testing. The person before I took over said he was having issues with the networking part of the printer, but he left this position before resolving the issue. I've updated the firmware to the latest, 04.221.6, on the HP website, but that didn't resolve anything (not that I really thought it would). I've tried resetting the printer to factory settings, and working with PJL files, but I can never get them to work, they only print. I've read that an NVRAM reset would not fix the issue so I haven't bothered with that. I would really appreciate any suggestions as I am completely stumped at this point.
Thanks!
