New M600 (have one already). Changed driver to Universal PCL5 as we did previously with our other 600 in order for the tray and evelope assigments to work.
4 users on new printer. Printer redirection handled through server. 3 of the four working beautifully. The fourth user's desktop will not respond or open Printer Properties or Printer Preferences using the Universal Driver. When changed back to the M600/602 driver - all seems well (except the tray assignments will not work which is why we use the Universal to begin with)
Does anyone have any clue as to why one desktop will not respond to the Universal driver? Thanks in advance.
