HP CLJ 3800 not print black (only page end)

Hi All!

I have a problem my HP CLJ 3800 printer.

The black color is not printing (that is very wanly) in the first half of the side.

The black cartridge I exchanged it for a new one, but the mistake remained.

How do I fix this error?
