We just got a MFP M225dw and are having issues with printing some things with it.
We're running Windows 7 on the computer, but also running Wordperfect 12. It is a legacy program in our office (and, my understanding, industry) and any documents printed in Wordperfect are not printing.
We have labeled the MFP M225dw as the primary printer and have tried printing documents specifically trying to change the program to print from the M225dw instead of the old (now disconected) printer.
Any help with this? Is this a known problem?
