We are using a CP4525 on our network. Very often print jobs get sent to the printer by direct IP and then do not print for anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour. Even something as simple as a Windows test page sits in the Windows printer queue for a long time, and then maybe print out 10 minutes after they are sent - even if the computer is restarted. Same thing happens from the Mac in the room, and we are on the latest HP firmware. The symptoms are the same whether using the latest PCL6 or Universal drivers. There are no unusual errors in the printer event logs or on the display, save for the fact that quite often when a job gets sent we see "Data Reveived. Press OK to print the last page" - and when you press OK nothing prints and it goes back to READY. Any thoughts before I toss it?
Thanks,
Joe
