49.38.07 Error

First of all - how do I determine if this printer is a Laserjet 600 M602x, M602n or M602dx?  The front panel simply states M602.

I was called to this printer because it displays an error of 49.38.07.  When I go to try and download the drivers/firmware, etc... from here:

I get this message:
