We just recently upgraded our computer to Windows 8.1 (we have 64-bit) and now we can only print to our HP Laserjet 3055 All In One and can't scan. I have looked out at some posts and tried their suggestions with no luck. The computer is not recognizing the printer as an Imaging Device.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
I have tried numerous attempted fixes like removing and reinstalling drivers, moving port from DOT4 to LPT1, and even tried adding legacy device. None of that worked.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
