I have 3 M602 printers. The complaint came in that they were printing very slow. If the network cable is plugged into them you cannot navigate through the menu. If you don't have it plugged in your can. If the network cable is plugged in they will take 20-25 minutes before printing if at all. In order to print a configuration page, you have to tell it to print one and after a minute, unplug the network cable and it will print one with the IP numbers. I have tried bypassing the in the wall cable, directly plugging in the printer to the switch. No change. Plugging it into a different switch on the other end of the building, No change. Finding a network connection that works on another printer and plugging it into that one. No change. Plugging the power into different wall outlets. No change. The only thing I'm wondering is last weekend the power company shut down our power for a contractor to do some work. I wonder if when they were reconnecting it if it might have spiked the controller boards and messed them up.
I am at my wits end. Does anyone have any ideas.
