I have a CP2025 printer that has worked great for us. I replaced my toner cartridges one by one with remanufactured cartridges (yes - bad I know) but all worked very well until last week. Now, every color print has become black and smeared with no other colors printing. This includes the demo print page directly from the printer (so not the PC/driver).
I recognize that using HP original toner is the best option and would be willing to replace the remanufactured with the original IF I AM CERTAIN THIS WOULD FIX THE PROBLEM. The cartridges are very expensive and I do not want to purchase them if the problem is likely elsewhere.
Any thoughts??
