We are using a laser jet pro m1536dnf multifunction printer and we also have a system of templates we use within the department that come with a variety of user entered data. For some reason this one particular printer likes to fill in every single modifiable field, check boxes, radio buttons, text boxes etc completely black and with nothing readable beneath. This printer has no particular special purpose or function, nor does it have any settings out of the ordinary. If the users convert the file to pdf format they can print the new format all well and good.
Would anyone have any ideas on this topic? It isn't a job-killer, but it would be great to find out whats going on, why its going on, and if possible, how to counter this effect.
