I am installing an HP Laserjet Pro 500 color printer on a PC and keep getting the error "HP CSI Shell has encountered an problem and needs to close). It still goes through part of the install, but always fails before the end. I am using the disc that came with it to install, but have also tried to install by downloading the drivers and going that route. Any ideas on what I can do to install this printer? Nothing has worked so far. I've also tried turning Smart Install off as I saw mentioned in one post on here, but that still didn't help.
