Have 2 p4515 laserjet printers that we have upgraded firmware and both operate with the same error. Letterhead documents, correctly formatted to print the first page as letterhead then remaining pages on plain paper are now printing all pages on Letterhead. The same documents print correctly when sent to a p4515 with firmware versions prior to 4.160.9. The firmware verisons presenting error are to 04.160.9, 04.170.3 and 04.212.2. Has anyone seen or solved this issue? Thanks.
