Hi
We have a HP3525n which has lost its IP address. Ive tried a power cycle and waiting for 5 minutes for it to reconnect. Swapped out Cat 5 cables. Still no joy. Config page says I/O card Not Ready and IPv4 initialzing with no connections or IP addresses. This is on both DHCP and manual config of IP.
There is also a green flashing light on the EI/O card next to a heart icon which is just pulsing on and off.
Is there anything else i cant try or do i need a new card?
