We have a color laserject 3600n. Just changed the printer cartridge and now it doesn't work. No errors on the printer display panel at all. Running a self-test from the printer panel - does fine. Diagnostics run from the printer panel don't come up with anything. Send something to print (word, excel, wordpad, internet site...) and it never gets to the printer. A generic error pops up saying that it 'couldn't print'. The control panel shows the printer and knows when it is online or offline.
Have reinstalled the driver.
Deleted and recreated the printer.
Changed cables.
Restarted everything.
Sigh...
